Job Description
Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership : Provide expert technical guidance and solutions to support project completion and success. 2. Team Development : Mentor and guide team members, enhancing their technical skills and overall productivity. 3. Process Compliance : Ensure adherence to established processes in the assigned module, and actively participate in technical discussions and reviews. 4. Risk Management : Prepare and submit status reports to minimize exposure and manage project risks, ensuring timely closure of any escalations. Qualifications: * 3+years' experience in embedded systems domain. * Expertise in C++/Linux development * Experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools such as GIT, CVS, or VSS. * Fluent in Japanese (preferably JLPT N2 or higher) and basic level English * Experience in Embedded GUI development. * Previous experience in the camera domain is a plus
