Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured yet autonomous environment and takes pride in ensuring smooth operational processes. This person will be instrumental in the development of new SOP's and processes as our company continues to grow. Key Responsibilities:

* Inventory Management: Order, receive, and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Accounting System Integration: Accurately input inventory into the accounting system and ensure proper tracking.
* Invoicing: Prepare and manage customer invoices with precision and timeliness.
* Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality service and pricing.
* Managing Stock: This person must be able to lift up to 30lbs as they will be responsible for moving inventory.
* Pulling Orders: Receiving and pulling orders from customers and Account Managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
