Growing Young Men's Street Company seeks
 Head of Sourcing 
 . Must be a proven problem solver with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
 Must have established relationships with factories. 
 Will travel to factories for inspections and QC.
 Men’s and Boy’s experience in opening price points preferred.
* Source factory base for competitive edge for quality, cost, delivery with design, product development, and senior management.
* Streamlines, with cross-functional teams, the factory base for maximum performance of product execution and company deliverables.
* Manages on-time placement of final buys with staff and cross-functional teams, tracking of WIP and production from hand off to final deliveries and ensures all necessary approvals have been obtained; manages with staff non-compliance/claims chargebacks with vendors; coordinate customs classification coordination with Imports. Assists in negotiations on pricing to ensure profitability for volume buys.
* Partner with Design and Sales to ensure correct execution of products in production and attain agreed-upon margin goals and delivery, set and articulate expectations. Ensures timely hand off of development into production.
* Follow and enforce production standards and cohesiveness of brand, where appropriate, across categories and vendors; attends all approval meetings and work closely with Design to ensure on-time approvals; execute quality control initiatives, including QA analysis and solutions; adhere to and enforce production standards set
* Troubleshoots quality and technical issues with factories, mills, vendors and team(s).
* Partner with cross-functional peers, customers, Sales, Merchandising and Operations, as well as vendors and factories to ensure on time flow of goods relative to orders and anticipated demand criteria.
* Forecasting business needs seasonally as well as analyzing vendor performance, internal on time performance to guide appropriate business decisions.
* Travel to factories for inspections and QC.
* Monitor all delivery dates and implement timely communication on delivery with Sales, Marketing and Ecommerce.
* Liaison with design, sales, tech, and traffic departments as needed
* Coordinate between the manufacturers, booking and accounting department to assure all shipments are delivered and paid for on time.


Qualifications:
* 10 plus years’ experience
* Proficiency in MS office with a strong emphasis on Excel
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Tech and Internet Savvy with ERP system
* Quick to take Initiative and Eagerness to learn
* Retaining a professional demeanor in correspondence
* Flexible and able to multi-task
* Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot in a fast-paced environment


Salary $150,000 Depending on Experience
