*Rejoignez l’équipe du Grand Hôtel Cayré Paris 4, premier établissement de la marque MIIRO.*\* Inauguré en juillet 2024, le Grand Hôtel Cayré incarne le charme intemporel de Saint-Germain-des-Prés, avec 123 chambres et suites élégantes, une brasserie parisienne et un bar exclusif. Nous recrutons un(e) F&B Manager pour superviser les opérations restauration de l'hôtel. Un restaurant de 90 places assises, ouvert tous les jours de 7h00 à 22h30, assure le service du petit-déjeuner, déjeuner, carte réduite l’après-midi, dîner, le room service de l’hôtel, ainsi que le speakeasy. Contrat : CDI Avantages : * 3 jours de repos hebdomadaires * Remboursement intégral du Pass Navigo * Remises exclusives au sein du groupe * Une nuit découverte offerte * Prime de cooptation Vos missions : * Garantir une expérience client exceptionnelle et un environnement de travail harmonieux. * Superviser le service (terrasse, dîner, petit-déjeuner, room service). * Veiller au respect des standards et des procédures internes. * Participer à la formation et à la motivation de l’équipe. * Gérer la facturation et les inventaires. Votre profil : * Expérience confirmée en management de restaurant. * Maîtrise des normes de sécurité alimentaire. * Bilingue français-anglais requis, une troisième langue est un atout. * Qualités personnelles : ponctualité, sens du détail, sourire et dynamisme.
