The Opportunity: As the Associate Director of Flights Marketing, you will be in charge of guiding the growth and development of Agoda’s Flights business. Collaborating closely with executive leadership, product teams, and data analysts, you will explore new growth opportunities, design and analyze marketing experiments, and develop strategic frameworks to optimize operations.
