Concierge Home Detox utilizes private-duty registered nurses to provide in-home clinical services nationwide. Compensation is very generous and often comparable to travel nurse pay. All your expenses are reimbursed if you are asked to travel out of state.

* Partner with Client’s physician to assist Client detoxing from alcohol and/or drugs from the comfort and privacy of Client’s home, including facilitating the creation of a detox plan customized to Client’s needs (considering factors such as the type of substance misused, severity of misuse, history of prior detoxes, Client preferences). In addition, if Client does not have a physician, Concierge Care will help Client identify an appropriate physician.
* Assess severity of Client’s withdrawals using the CIWA or COWS scale, as applicable.
* Check and monitor Client’s vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, and temperature) throughout the Detox.
* Assess and monitor Client’s sleep and nutrition needs throughout the Detox.
* Closely observe Client, and serve as readily available medical resource, throughout the Detox.
* Manage and/or administer medication prescribed by Client’s physician throughout the Detox.
* Communicate Client’s condition to Client’s physician throughout the Detox, and advise Client’s physician as it relates to medication and other treatment considerations.
* Help coordinate necessary physician evaluations, and participate in such evaluations that take place during the Detox.
* Provide education to Client and family/loved ones on substance use disorders,mental health, medications, personal wellness, and recovery resources.
* Develop a detox after-care plan for Client, in collaboration with Client and Client preferences.
* Communicate with Client periodically for a few weeks after detox via phone calls to check in on Client’s progress with the detox after-care plan.

Pay: $750.00 - $1,000.00 per day
