Job Description

Job Title: RN Case Manager

Work Location: 8700 Beverly Blvd Bldg B-227, West Hollywood, CA 90048, USA

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 17:00)

Qualification: 

2 years of acute care experience  
Active CA license  
1 year of case management experience in a hospital/acute setting  
Knowledge of HMO and Medicare for the inpatient, home health, and SNF settings

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,446.00 per week
