- Flexible Work Environment: While the majority of your time will be spent in the office, some travel may be required for PRN visits, giving you the opportunity to get out in the field and connect with patients and their families

Responsibilities:

* This is a part time role that will be to visit patients
* In charge of providing direct patient care to around 16 patients, including assessing and monitoring patients' conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments at least once a week
* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
* Coordinate and facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy and confidentiality

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospice
* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Must be able to drive, have a reliable vehicle, and have valid insurance

Skills:

* Korean speaker is highly preferred
* Excellent patient service skills, with the ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
* Energetic and positive attitude
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
* Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
* Flexible and ability to pivot based on the team's current needs

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
