Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, with a focus on real estate-related filings.
* Collaborate with clients and team members to gather necessary documentation and ensure timely and accurate filings.
* Utilize CCH Axcess tax software to complete tax preparation tasks (experience with CCH Axcess is a plus).
* Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations affecting real estate income tax.
* Assist with tax planning strategies to minimize client liabilities.
* Support special projects and advisory services as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $72,718.63 - $87,575.13 per year
