Job Description
SUMMARY: This customer-focused and relationship dedicated position is responsible for coordinating and assisting employees, leadership, and Human Resources with the implementation, evaluation and tracking/reporting of employee education development programs, including but not limited to union education funds, nursing apprenticeship programs, CNA training programs, and other programs. What You Will Be Doing * Serve as the primary project manager on multiple employee education development programs * Act as both a liaison and an advisor to provide education and expertise on various aspects of the employee education development programs * Responsible for applying for, submitting, and administering grants and all related documentation, reporting and tracking * Maintain required documentation supporting employee education development programs * Responsible for monitoring and maintaining required tracking, participation and costs and providing required reporting to all stakeholders, including successes and barriers * Conduct conversations with employees to gather feedback on employee education development programs * Perform special projects as needed and perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department What Sets You Apart * Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or a related field, and at least two years experience in highly organized customer-focused environment, or similar combination of education and experience * Experience in labor relations/union relations preferred * Experience in skilled nursing preferred * Licensed LVN desirable How we shine: We believe in * Teamwork * Creativity * Respect * Appreciation * Honesty * Integrity What makes us special? * Competitive Wages! * Great benefits – Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Growth Opportunities * Continuing Education / Training Opportunities * Referral Bonus Program CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT Compensation for this role at NewGen depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, NewGen provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that NewGen reasonably expects to pay for this role, as stated below: $80k-$100k DOE
