 FREENOW is looking for a dynamic and innovative Marketing Director. Reporting directly into the COO, you will oversee our international marketing teams and own our marketing efforts across 9 European markets.
   

  

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
* Lead and manage our marketing teams across all countries, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
* Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across 9 European markets.
* Foster a culture of innovation, constantly challenging the status quo to drive growth.
* Represent the marketing team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals.
* Maintain open communication channels within the team and with senior management.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
* Use a data driven approach to make our marketing efforts measurable.


TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:
* Proven experience in leading marketing teams within the European market.
* Strong background in performance and app marketing, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
* Excellent leadership skills and high performing team mindset.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is a must.
* Self-motivated and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and uncertainty inherent in scaling a technology marketplace
* Openness, flexibility and curiosity - you’re demonstrating a creative mindset and exceptional problem solving skills but being pragmatic and fast at the same time.
