Our People NPS is >90% and Glassdoor rating is also in the top 90% of companies. * Competitive Pay + ESOPs What will you get to do? * Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes * Manage a large fleet of 200 medics (phlebotomists) and 50+ delivery partners * Manage hub operations and smooth inventory supply * Own & optimize the cost of collection * Delight customers by ensuring on-time collection and on time delivery of samples to the lab for processing * Design rosters and routes and ensure adequate supply on ground * Keep the ground staff motivated, well groomed and ensure 100% adherence to the company's standard operating procedures * Hire and build team ground up Metrics for the role * Supply Management * Distribution Management * Order Management * Supply Management Skills We Are Looking For * 5+ years of experience working in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations * Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles * Ability to manage, coach, and provide training for direct reports * Exceptional organizational and analytical skills * Working knowledge of logistics and inventory software * Should have handled Fleet * Knowledge on TAT * Good Understanding on City geography Skills: warehouse control,logistics management,operations
