 A leading Health-Tech/ eCommerce business based near to Berlin are looking for a Senior CRM App Manager to join their growing digital transformation function and report into the Head of Engagement.
 



  





 You will join at an incredible stage of growth for the business, who have been growing YoY!
 



  





 The Senior CRM App Manager will be responsible for driving communications through their app, which launched 3 months ago. This is a brand new role and you will enhance App engagement by designing and executing tailored CRM activities, app-specific promotions and retargeting campaigns – working closely with different teams.
 



  





Responsibilities: 




  




* Engagement & Retention: Enhance app engagement by designing and executing tailored CRM activities, app-specific promotions and retargeting campaigns
* Lead strategy and execution across user acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts for their app. This role involves optimizing campaigns to drive app installs and lifetime value and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the user experience.
* Lead the App Marketing Initiatives: Oversee and manage our app marketing efforts to drive user acquisition, engagement and retention
* Craft and implement comprehensive plans to expand the active app user base
* Take ownership of their app store pages, employing App Store Optimization techniques to drive increased traffic and visibility and drive app store ratings
* Measure and report on KPIs to assess the performance of CRM campaigns and app marketing efforts and analyze user behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities for growth



  





  





Experience 




  




* Experience working in a CRM team in an App focused businesses
* Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including ASO
* You have experience with app analytics and attribution tools (e.g. Google Analytics or 3rd Party Tools such as Adjust, Branch, Appsflyer, ect. )
* Your actions are driven by a strong customer focus as well as a data-driven approach
* You like to take ownership and are capable of successfully leading cross-functional projects
