Job Summary

As an On-Call Social Media Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s online presence. This flexible role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating engaging content, responding to trends in real-time, and ensuring our brand stays top of mind for our audience. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing team to execute strategies and maintain the voice of Lithe Beauty across all platforms.

Responsibilities

* Content Creation: Develop and post compelling, on-brand content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more).
* Crisis Management: Act swiftly to address any influencer or customer service issues arising on social platforms.
* Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, fostering a positive relationship with our audience.
* Trend Spotting: Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and beauty industry news, and leverage them to enhance our presence.
* Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to roll out seasonal campaigns, product launches, and special events.
* Performance Tracking: Monitor analytics and generate insights to refine content strategies and improve engagement.

Requirements

* 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, in the fashion or beauty industry.
* A proactive, self-starter attitude and exceptional time management skills.
* Strong understanding of all major social media platforms, their best practices and algorithm changes
* Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to Lithe Beauty’s tone and voice.
* Creativity and a keen eye for visuals that resonate with beauty enthusiasts.
* Ability to work on short notice and deliver results quickly.
* Familiarity with analytics to track and report performance.
