 Our client are a global hospitality company, recruiting a Civil Engineer for a major resort hotel.

【業務内容】



* - 建設部門のエグゼクティブディレクターと連携し、リゾートプロジェクトのデザインと実施を主導
* - 大規模な人工島建設に関連するリスクを特定し、管理
* - 土地改良やエンジニアリング計画に関するパートナーとの調整
* - 計画書や請負業者の提出物を精査し、プロジェクト目標との整合性を確認
* - 予算およびスケジュール内でのエンジニアリングソリューションの提供
* - 市や府の当局およびその他の関係者とのコミュニケーション
* - 定期的な現場検査の実施と現場調整への参加
* - 建設資材と方法の試験監督
* - 関係者向けに詳細な進捗報告書を作成



  

【応募資格】



* - 設計および建設における10年以上の経験
* - 基礎工事や地下構造物に関する豊富な経験が必要；高層建築の経験があれば尚可
* - 大規模プロジェクトを管理する実績
* - 必須資格：土木施工管理技士；技術士資格があれば尚可
* - 建築施工管理技士や一級建築士などの追加資格があれば歓迎
