【仕事内容】 ■下記業務に従事いただきます。 【具体的には】 ・国内、海外の脱炭素ビジネス（洋上・陸上風力、太陽光、蓄電池、水素・アンモニア、再生燃料など）での土木建築エンジニアリング業務。 （事業基本計画作成、仕様書作成、協力会社選定、見積/設計/施工計画レビュー、プロジェクト管理、など） ・国内、海外の再生可能エネルギー事業の新規案件開拓のための文献/現地調査。 ・設計や調達の依頼先の評価・選定のための調査。新規協力会社や新規技術の開拓。 ※中途採用者向けの寮・社宅・住宅手当等の住居サポートの制度あり（雇用形態等諸条件により、適用外の場合もございます。 【求める人材】 【必須要件】 ゼネコン、マリコン、エンジニアリング会社等で、土木設計（鋼構造物、コンクリート構造物、造成工事、土質評価など）をお持ちの方 【歓迎要件】 ■業務において英語を使ったことがある方 ■以下いずれかの資格をお持ちの方 ・1級土木施工管理技士/2級土木施工管理技士 【給与】 900-1150万円 ■上記給与額は固定残業代（40時間分）が含まれます。40時間を超える残業が発生した場合は別途時間外手当てが支給されます。 【勤務地】 東京都 【勤務時間】 09:00 - 18:00（コアタイム：10:00 - 15:00） 【雇用・契約形態】 【待遇・福利厚生】 健康保険、雇用保険、労災保険、厚生年金 通勤手当 社員持株、確定拠出年金制度 【休日・休暇】 年間124日／（内訳）完全週休2日制（土日祝）、夏季休暇（5日）、年末年始（12/30-1/3）、有給休暇、慶事休暇、産前産後休暇、育児休暇
