We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). As a PACU Nurse, you will play a crucial role in the recovery of patients post-surgery. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment with a focus on patient care and recovery.

\*\*Duties:\*\*

- Monitor patients post-surgery to ensure safe recovery and assess their condition

- Administer medications and manage pain relief as needed

- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care

- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families

- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

- Adhere to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols

- Perform procedures such as suturing, ventilating, and monitoring vital signs

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

- Valid RN license and ACLS certification

- Previous experience in PACU or critical care setting preferred

- Familiarity with electronic health record systems

- Knowledge of outpatient procedures and post-operative care

- Proficiency in aseptic technique and wound care management

- Experience working with diverse patient populations including GI, Spine,Pain Management and ENT

- Ability to provide quality nursing care in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 32 per week
