Job Description

Job Summary  
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Duties

* Conduct thorough physical examinations and assess patients' health status.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Perform medical documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
* Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
* Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
* Maintain compliance with all home health policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
