We are an equal opportunity employer and are seeking skilled professionals to join our trader community. We are looking for specialists with experience in market trading. You will trade using your own strategies, while utilising our capital.

Responsibilities:

● Handling client communications, processing incoming requests, and providing consultations.

● Independent trading, including managing assets under management (AUM). We welcome various strategies: day trading, medium-term trading (up to one week), and more.

● Trading on our capital in the financial markets.

● Conducting market analysis.

● Coordinating with other team members, including analysts and mentors.

Requirements:

● A solid understanding of market operations and familiarity with financial literature.

● At least one year of real trading experience.

● It is highly advantageous if you have navigated the key stages of a trader’s development, including experiencing both highs and lows, and have mastered the essential use of stop losses.

● Proven positive trading results over the past year (verification required).

● Strong emotional control, particularly the ability to manage excitement and the discipline to pause trading when necessary.

● Experience using various trading platforms

● Successful speculative trading (day trading, medium-term), with readiness for aggressive trading when needed.

● Strict risk management.

● A results-driven mindset.

Remuneration:

We offer an attractive and highly competitive remuneration package (USD 3,000 to USD 7,000 per month), directly linked to your performance and success in the markets.
