Project / Role: For a client from the financial sector in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) to support the introduction of a new HR suite.

Main tasks:

\* Organization, moderation and implementation of workshops to determine requirements and solutions.  
\* Development and evaluation of solution approaches taking into account benefits, cost-effectiveness, quality and risks.  
\* Analysis and documentation of the processes required in the future.  
\* Development, evaluation and presentation of solution approaches to stakeholders.  
\* Creation of mappings for data transformation from the source to the target system.  
\* Preparation of the necessary artifacts (e.g. features, requirement specifications, use cases, etc.).  
\* Creation and implementation of functional and non-functional test cases.  
\* Close cooperation with specialist representatives from the HR (Human Resources) area, various stakeholders/end users from sales units as well as the IT department and the software implementation partner.  
\* A professional appearance, assertiveness, technical understanding of HR topics and strong social skills are essential requirements for this position.

Requirements:

\* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business informatics or information technology  
\* Solid knowledge in the HR field (ideally in the banking environment).  
\* Several years of experience in agile approaches (e.g. SAFe, Scrum), business analysis, requirements engineering and testing.  
\* Strong analytical and conceptual skills.  
\* Precise and structured way of working.  
\* Quick comprehension and the ability to work in a wide range of technical topics.  
\* Excellent problem-solving skills for analyzing complex relationships and dependencies.  
\* Ability to question existing processes and implement sustainable, alternative solutions (visionary thinking).  
\* Open-minded and empathetic team player with a high level of independence, perseverance and assertiveness.  
\* Very good understanding of IT systems and data analysis.
