Your role


Interested in working in finance, specifically supporting our internal communications, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?
  

  

We're looking for strong team players to join our 2025 Internship Program within Group Internal Communications team (part of Communications & Branding).  

  

You’ll get to:  

  

* develop impactful content for news articles, intranet pages, newsletters, videos, blog posts and other communication materials for Global Wealth Management employees, including editing and writing, primarily in English, publishing and managing stakeholders from across the firm
* handle a small portfolio of projects such as webpage creation and redesigns, communication campaigns, as well as support with analytics reports for the team’s editorial calendar
* support the organization and logistics of events e.g., townhalls, leadership events etc.
* manage media mailings containing UBS’s latest investment views and help with incoming media queries
* facilitate media interviews across various channels and create high-level briefing documents
* collaborate across the Global Wealth Management Internal and External Communications teams and other partners in the firm by keeping our communications plan up to date and contributing to our dynamic communications outlook

Your team


You'll be working in the Group Internal Communications team (part of Communications & Branding) in Zurich. We are a diverse team of communications experts who love what we do and who take pride in producing high quality, high impact communications. We advise various teams across the bank on a wide range of tactical and strategic communications with the aim that employees are informed and engaged and proud to work for UBS.
Your expertise


We’re looking for a candidate who:  

  

* has completed at least 4 semesters of a bachelor's degree, and graduated no longer than six months ago (bachelor's or master's degree)
* has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
* is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
* is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines
* is an expert writer with an eye for detail (spotting typos is your second nature)
* is a team player who's able to work independently
* is happy to work to tight and changing deadlines
* is proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products

This paid internship will last 12 months. You’ll work with our experts and learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. You’ll be right at the heart of our business, learning from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. You'll be given mentors along the way and will have the chance to get to know some of the most senior members of our teams.
