 With the mission of “renewing support through technology,” the company is developing SaaS products for contact centers to improve the customer experience.
 



 The company already boasts a track record of more than 500 installations, mainly at major companies, and has been ranked No. 1 in the chatbot market in terms of sales for six consecutive years.
 



  





 The company is looking for an AI engineer for an AI development project (MooA) that is being developed by the company.
 



 You will be in charge from technical verification to PoC of business ideas. In addition, the company plans to focus on the research field in the future, as the development system has been established in a separate department.
 



  





 【Responsibilities】
 



 ・AI-related design/development/testing/operation using the company's service data
 



 ・Building in-house original models through linkage and utilization with other companies' AI
 



 ・Development of linkage with in-house applications and development of in-house application functions
 



 ・Optimization and improvement of programs (speeding up) through load reduction, etc.
 



 ・Documentation of deliverables and sharing of know-how
 



 ・Construction of data pipeline to use the company's service data

 【Required】
 



 ・2 years of experience programming in Python or other languages
 



 ・Experience with machine learning/deep learning tools or libraries (e.g. torch, transformers, spacy, etc.)
 



 ・Read English papers on machine learning and deep learning, and understand and implement the algorithms.
 



 ・Knowledge of computer science, mathematics, or information processing at university or graduate school
 



 ・Able to communicate in Japanese for business purposes.
