HRAIT/aiTWorks, an employment agency (https://hr.aitworks.com/) is looking for a candidate who seeks a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef (Candidate) at a Japanese restaurant chain with over 20 locations across the United States.

After training and skill assessment, working placement may be determined based on experience and ability.

\*Job Type: Full-Time

\*Salary:  
$5500～8400 /month (DOE）

10:30～22:00　（Two days off per week)

\*Requirements:  
・At least 4 years of full-time work experience in the restaurant industry in Japan (Part-time experience may be considered upon discussion).  
・English proficiency (conversational level or higher is preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:  
・Experience with ramen, udon, shabu-shabu, or soba.  
・Experience in ramen, udon, or soba restaurant operations.  
・Experience in shabu-shabu, izakaya, or Japanese cuisine.  
・Possession of culinary certifications such as cooking license, food sanitation qualifications, pastry sanitation certificates, noodle-making skills, etc.  
・College degree, preferably in economics, or graduation from a culinary school.  
・Certifications such as Ramen Master, Noodle Sommelier, Sake Sommelier, etc.

＜勤務地＞  
カリフォルニア州、ロサンゼルスエリアとなりますが、他店への異動の可能性もあります。

<勤務時間>  
10:30～22:00　（週休2日制）  
・配属店舗で業務時間は異なりまので、凡その目安として  
・週50-55時間程度（実労約10時間程度）

<給与>  
$5500～8400/月 以上（経験により面接後に判断）

＜必要事項＞

・日本での飲食業、正社員経験4年以上　(アルバイトが含まれる場合、要相談)  
・英語（日常会話程度以上優遇）

・ラーメン、うどん、しゃぶしゃぶ・蕎麦の取扱経験  
・ラーメン、うどん、蕎麦の業態店舗での経験  
・しゃぶしゃぶ、居酒屋、和食業態での経験  
・調理師免許、食品衛生資格、製菓衛生師、製麺技能士等の所持  
・大学歴・経済学部の卒業歴、調理師専門学校の卒業歴  
・ラーメン検定、麺ソムリエ、利き酒師、ソムリエ

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $96,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
