Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our dedicated kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing healthy meals and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards. This role requires creativity, efficiency, and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of healthy, balanced meals according to our recipes and nutritional guidelines.

- Ensure all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and meet customer dietary requirements.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and equipment.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.

- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company standards.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff when necessary.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cook, preferably in a health-focused or catering kitchen environment.

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.

- Food handler’s certification is a plus.

- Experience with meal prep and large-scale cooking operations.

- Ability to follow detailed recipes and dietary guidelines accurately.

- Knowledge of various dietary restrictions and allergen management.

- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and tools.

- Familiarity with catering and food service operations.

- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
