 Cash Accountant

How Do You Fit In?
 As the
 Cash Accountant, 
 you will be responsible for daily banking and cash applications for high volume e-commerce accounting organization. In addition, you will handle a variety of General Ledger responsibilities and be responsible for providing organizational leaders with accurate, timely financial data for decision-making. This is a perfect opportunity for a candidate who would define themselves as a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic accounting environments.
   

  

 This position will report to the
 Assistant Controller.
What You Will Do
* Process daily wire activity in online banking system maintaining the system template support and insure accuracy of disbursements.
* Prepare and facilitate weekly and monthly cash reporting (outstanding checks, daily cash receipts for all entities)
* Prepare monthly general ledger reconciliation schedules by reviewing general ledger activity and obtaining a full understanding of the account activity to support month-end reported balances according to the month-end close calendar
* Assist with financial and tax audits as necessary
* Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
* Ad hoc reporting and other projects as assigned


What You Will Bring
* 2-5+ years’ experience in Accounting, Payables, and/or Finance experience.
* Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
* Experience with Oracle ERP a plus
* Proven success in cash application accounting within a high-volume multi-entity/multi-business unit organization
* Deep knowledge of Excel – able to manipulate large datasets using advanced function
* Strong understanding of accounting theory (e.g. GAAP)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
* Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem-solving, and results
* Self-starter - Ability to act and operate independently to accomplish objectives
* Demonstrated passion for detail orientation and organization
* Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications

 The annual base salary range for this position is from
 $66,560-$80,000 
 . The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects to pay for the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
