Description Du Poste Rattaché(e) au Directeur de site, le Responsable de point de restauration assure le bon fonctionnement quotidien de l'unité qui lui est confiée en vue d'atteindre les objectifs opérationnels et le développement de son activité. Vos Missions Animer l'équipe * Participer au recrutement et à l'intégration du personnel, si besoin * Remplacer son personnel en participant au service, à la production ou à l'ouverture/fermeture du point de vente Veiller à la qualité de la prestation et contribue à son optimisation * S'assurer de la qualité de l'accueil des convives et participe à la relation clientèle en communiquant régulièrement. * S'assurer de la satisfaction des convives (service, informations, état général du point de vente...) * Veiller à la qualité de l'accueil et la satisfaction des convives et prend en compte leurs réclamations. Assurer la gestion budgétaire * Suivre et analyser le chiffre d'affaires quotidien et mensuel des différents points de restauration ainsi que les différents ratios de gestion * Etablir le reporting mensuel * Proposer et mettre en place des plans d'actions correctifs * Participer aux estimations budgétaires en fonction des prévisions d'activité * Participer à l'élaboration du budget des points de restauration, s'assurer de l'atteinte des budgets, et analyser les différents ratios de gestion Assurer la gestion de la matière première * Superviser la gestion des stocks et la passation des commandes * Assurer et contrôler le respect des fiches techniques Participer à l'animation commerciale * Participer avec son équipe à la production culinaire, à la préparation du service et à la mise en place de la production * Mettre en place et coordonner les animations commerciales sur les différents points de restauration Veiller à l'application des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité liées à la production et à l'entretien * Respecter les règles d'hygiènes * S'assurer que les contrôles obligatoires sont tous effectués - Elior Entreprise pour la marque CHAUD BOUILLANT, - Salaire brut mensuel: 2200 € Description Du Profil Vous êtes dynamique, organisé et bon gestionnaire ? * Bonne maitrise des activités conduites, requérant un savoir-faire dans le métier * Outils informatiques (maitrise du pack office) * De niveau CAP ou équivalent professionnelle ou VAE * BAC PRO Nous vous accueillons donc au sein de notre grande famille Elior!
