Job Summary  
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

* Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while aligning with brand messaging.
* Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
* Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing graphics using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
* Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform content creation and advertising strategies.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
* Proofread all content before publication to ensure high-quality standards are met.
* Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
* Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve strategies.

Skills

* Proficient in Google tools for analytics and reporting.
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in graphic design applications such as Adobe Illustrator.
* Experience in digital marketing with a focus on social media advertising.
* Excellent research skills to identify trends and audience preferences.
* Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
* Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite is preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
