Position Overview: The Manager of Digital Marketing and Brand Management will lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all marketing and event initiatives for BoomerangFX. This role will be essential in driving brand awareness, fostering B2B relationships, being an expert email marketer, generating high-quality leads, and supporting revenue growth through trade shows, conferences, and industry events. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in event marketing, team leadership, and business-to-business (B2B) marketing within healthcare or SaaS industries. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive annual corporate marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and growth targets. Event Strategy & Execution: Oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of key industry trade shows, conferences, and events to maximize brand exposure and lead generation. Email Marketing: Sending strategic E-Blasts to drive revenue and growth. B2B Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted B2B marketing campaigns to build relationships with potential clients and industry partners. Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement innovative strategies to capture, qualify, and nurture leads from various marketing channels to drive conversions and revenue. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, product, and client success, to ensure cohesive messaging and unified go-to-market strategies. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing/sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning. Brand Positioning & Messaging: Ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence at all events and across all marketing channels, including collateral, presentations, and digital content. Change Management: Drive strategic initiatives to enhance marketing processes and adapt to changing market trends. ROI Measurement & Analysis: Establish KPIs, track event performance metrics (leads, revenue, brand awareness), and report on marketing ROI to senior leadership. Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with external vendors and partners to support successful event execution and marketing activities. What are we looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Experience: 8+ years in B2B marketing and event management, ideally within the healthcare or SaaS industry. Strategic Acumen: Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on growth and lead generation. Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Tech Proficiency: Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools. Results-Oriented: Proven track record of driving leads, tracking performance, and generating revenue through B2B marketing and events.
