We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and take charge of our marketing strategy. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead in a tech-forward, eCommerce-driven business.

*The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:*

* Omnichannel Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and programmatic channels to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
* Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Oversee the social media strategy, balancing organic and paid initiatives. Manage influencer marketing partnerships to expand audience reach and build brand credibility.
* eCommerce Growth Initiatives: Lead the team to enhance the customer experience, improve conversion rates, and increase overall sales performance through SEO, paid media, and UX optimizations.
* Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with the team to develop high-quality marketing materials, from blog posts to digital ads, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and business objectives.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Leverage insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and customer needs.
* Project Management: Oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and objectives are achieved.
* Team Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and results-driven culture.

*You are our ideal candidate if you have:*

* 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in eCommerce or tech-focused businesses.
* Expertise in managing omnichannel marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of social media, email, and performance marketing.
* Experience with influencer marketing and the ability to build and maintain impactful partnerships.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to measure and optimize campaign success.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
