Job Description

As main responsibilities, the Territory Manager will:

1) Lead Operations for the Territory

* Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of services.
* Identify and solve operational challenges while driving continuous improvement in processes.
* Manage resource allocation, including workforce and equipment, to optimize efficiency.
* Partner with local branch and office leaders to maintain smooth operations and align with company goals.

2) Drive Sales Growth and Client Relationships

* Be the key point of contact for client relationships, managing partnerships with homeowners and business stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the Sales team to grow the customer base within the territory.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
* Ensure high satisfaction by addressing client concerns and maintaining a proactive client-focused approach.

3) Develop and Manage the Team

* Mentor and lead branch managers and superintendents, to achieve operational and sales targets.
* Coordinate training and upskilling programs for the team.
* Foster alignment and collaboration between operations, sales, and administrative teams in the territory.

4) Ensure Compliance and Performance Metrics

* Implement and track performance metrics to ensure operational excellence and profitability.
* Collaborate with the Operations Analytics team to drive data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

* Proven leadership experience (4+ years) in operations, sales, or general management in a project-based environment.
* Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term relationships.
* Experience managing technicians, field workers, and branch operations in a growing environment.
* Sales or business development experience in environmental services, construction, or a related field.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Willingness to travel and maintain a presence across the assigned territory.
* Spanish proficiency (verbal communication) is a plus.

Pay: $180,000.00 per year
