Café Plume is a french café and pâtisserie in indiranagar, Bangalore.

Serving all classical french desserts as Tarts, Eclairs, Choux Pastry, Viennoiseries, Entremêts, Petits Gâteaux, Travel Cakes and a few hot kitchen items, like Quiches, Croques….

We are looking for an active team player who can independently manage and supervise all kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Skills :

* 2-3 years experience working as a Pastry Chef
* Should be able to come up with ideas for new products
* Supervisery and management skills
* Good communication skills
* English required

Roles and Responsibilities :

* Manage kitchen staff : Training, scheduling and supervising. Assign work to kitchen staff.
* Ensuring food safety and hygiene
* Supervising food preparation and cooking
* Establishing standards in Food preparation & Safety
* Monitoring Operations
* Quality Control
* Research & Development
* Control Wastage
* Stock Management and indenting.
* Coordination with Front team to insure quality and smooth functioning.

Schedule: 9h / Day - 6 Days a week (weekend included)

1 Meal provided. No accommodation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
