Job Description

* Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of hot kitchen dishes, ensuring consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
* Ingredient Management: Measure and prepare ingredients as per recipes and instructions, maintaining freshness and proper storage of perishables.
* Station Maintenance: Set up and maintain your assigned station, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
* Collaboration: Work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to support smooth kitchen operations and timely delivery of dishes.
* Learning and Development: Stay eager to learn and grow, actively participating in training sessions and gaining knowledge of LUPA's European cuisine offerings.
* Inventory Support: Assist in stock-taking and report shortages to ensure the station is well-stocked at all times.
* Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely, reporting any malfunctions or damage promptly.
* Flexibility: Adapt to different tasks or additional duties as required by the team, while upholding LUPA’s values of innovation and sustainability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
