Signature Club Resort ( Unit of Brigade Hospitality Services Limited) is looking for experienced pantry staff who can join immediately detailed job description will be as follows:- * Making of salads, Sandwiches, Hot and Cold beverages * Implement modern recipes to revitalise our menu * Adding nutritious, creative cold dishes to the menu * Monitoring stock and place orders, as needed * Garnishing dishes with spices, nuts, fruits and vegetables * Maintaining a clean station at all times * Storing ingredients to keep them fresh and reduce food wastage * Checking food plating, temperature and portions for all cold dishes * Well-versed with the health and safety rules in a kitchen * Good knowledge of food plating techniques Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: * Food provided * Health insurance * Leave encashment * Paid sick time * Paid time off * Provident Fund Schedule: * Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: * Overtime pay * Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: * Bengaluru Rural, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: * Diploma (Preferred) Application Deadline: 31/01/2025 Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
