* Food preparation with adherence to the recipes and SOPs.
* Organizing, maintaining & cleaning equipment & stations.
* Launch new items & improvise on the existing items.
* Team training and management.
* Quality control, costing, wastage control & portion control.
* Online Orders Management efficiently, so that each order is ready within stipulated time. This is critical to the role.
